We decided to undertake the daunting task of brushing out Dutch's undercoat, before he would blow it out all though out the house...on the top of the usual amounts of hair. After about one hour of brushing and bribing him with treats (Dutch wasn't really into it), we ended up with a pile of hair big enough to knit him a brother!!
