Pondering the Dump

There is a house in Innis Arden (somewhat of a dump) requiring a huge amount of work and $$$, however it has a better view than our house...on the other side it has less of a yard (quarter acre less), an indoor pool in dismal condition (needs to be removed), and no backyard. We have viewed this house many times over the last 5-6 months, and even went as far a putting in an offer that got rejected! The house is still on the market and has dropped closer and closer to our offer price (still not close enough). The question, are we still interested.........
