Oroville or Bust

For the Memorial day holiday the Bakkers and the Kolaczs headed out to the Keuler's place in Oroville, WA.  This year was a little different than other years because it was Camden's first trip to eastern washington and instead of going for our normal 3 or 4 day weekend, we stayed for a whole week!  Here are some of our activities and adventures!

Lets just say packing was a bit of a challenge (we blame it all on Camden's excess stuff)...  believe it or not Dutch is crammed back there, packed in with only a square meter of space.

Though the weather was chilly C.C. thought the place was pretty cool.  Lots of room to roam and explore

Niels left us one day and headed into the mountains to find some snow - Success!  Some pretty vistas to boot!

We all travelled into Canada for a day and C.C. got to check off her first foreign country and received her first passport stamp! Yahoo! We drove all the way up to Penticton, B.C. for lunch and walked along Lake Okanogan where Ogopogo, the Loch ness monster of the northwest, is legend to reside.

When the weather cooperated we headed out doors to play...

Camden spent lots and lots of time with her Auntie and Uncle

...and she seemed to enjoy having Mommy and Daddy around all day everyday too.

C.C. really loved her first dip in the wading pool

...and getting a little air time from Daddy.
